How to reach Wageningen Campus

There is a regular bus service from Wageningen bus station and from train station Ede-Wageningen and Hotel de Reehorst (bus nr. 88 - 'Valleilijn' or bus 84).

How to reach Wageningen from Schiphol Airport

Most international visitors arrive at Schiphol Airport (Amsterdam). First, you pass through Immigration. Before collecting your luggage, it is advisable to change your foreign currency into Euros at one of the banks (grenswisselkantoren). These can be used to exchange your currency. The banks at Schiphol Airport are open every day, even on Sundays.

Schiphol to Wageningen by public transport

After collecting your luggage and (if applicable) exchanging money , pass through Customs, enter Arrivals and follow the signs from Schiphol Arrival Hall to the Railway Station: "to the trains". At the train station you can purchase a ticket to Ede-Wageningen from one of the yellow vending machines, or at the Sevice Desk.

Schiphol Airport to Ede-Wageningen

Trains depart from Schiphol Airport to Ede-Wageningen every 30 minutes. Take the intercity train in the direction of Nijmegen. Your final stop is Ede-Wageningen. Travel time from Schiphol to Ede-Wageningen is approximately 65 minutes.

It is also possible to travel from Schiphol Airport to Ede-Wageningen via Utrecht. Trains to Utrecht depart every 30 minutes. Take an intercity train in the direcation of Venlo and get off the train in Utrecht. Once you are in Utrecht, switch to a train in the direction of Nijmegen. Your final stop is Ede-Wageningen. Travel time from Schiphol to Ede-Wageningen via Utrecht is approximately 60 minutes.

At Ede-Wageningen station you can either take the bus or a taxi. Please note that taxis are expensive. A taxi from Ede-Wageningen railway station to Wageningen costs approximately € 30.00.

The busstop at Ede-Wageningen station is situated on the main bussquare. Take bus no 84 to Wageningen bus station (timetable). To get to the campus, please take the stop “Campus/Forum”. You can ask the bus driver to inform you when you arrive there. Tickets can be bought on the bus. You can also use an OV-Chipcard to pay for your trip.

Follow the pedestrian route from the hotel to the railway station Veenendaal - de Klomp
Take the train on platform 2 to railway station Ede – Wageningen (6 minutes ride, departure 12 and 42 minutes after each hour)
Exit the platform, turn right to the public bus terminal
